Deliveries

 

Our delivery fee is £3.95 or free with a £10+ order to UK Mainland addresses. 

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 weekdays of receipt on a Royal Mail or National Courier service. We do not however accept liability for any failure to deliver within the stated date or time.

We send most orders out via a Royal Mail scan on delivery service, tracking numbers are provided upon dispatch. National Courier (Heavier items) orders can be tracked. You will receive an email from us on the day your product is dispatched will all relevant tracking information. 

On the rare occasion that a product should become out of stock we will email you within 2 days to let you know and give you the option of choosing an alternative or a full refund.

 


 

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem! Simply return the order to us unopened and in the same condition it was sent and we will refund you the same working day.

If your goods arrive damaged

Please get in contact with us via email or phone and we will be more than happy to resolve and correct the issue.

Returning Faulty Items

 

Should an item arrive faulty simply email us stating original order number and a brief description of the fault and attach an image clearly showing the fault. We will normally contact you within 24 hours to resolve the issue for you.


 

Credit card security/Payment and privacy policy

All card transactions are processed through Shopify Pay.

Your address and contact details will never be given to any other 3rd party other than our couriers who will require it for delivery purposes.




Colour and images

We use professional photographers to ensure our images are of the finest quality and equally important represent as accurate a picture as possible in terms of colour. On some occasions there will however be slight variances due to different computer resolutions and settings. We always suggest contacting us by phone or email before purchase if you require any feedback on colour or design.

We genuinely pride ourselves on offering the highest standards of customer care. If you have an issue with any aspect of your transaction we want to know so we have a chance to put it right as quickly as possible.
