Your delivery fee

We use either Royal Mail or a national courier to deliver your order safely to your door. We can deliver to most homes in the UK to make it more cost effective for you. Our £3.50 delivery fee and free delivery over £5 covers most areas of the UK.

 


 

How quickly can we deliver?

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of the order on a 2nd Class delivery service or next day delivery service depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

 


 

How will you keep me informed of my order?

 

When you place an order you will receive an email informing you of the dispatch. The Royal Mail service can take up to 7 days to deliver but we do find that it is normally considerably quicker. For heavier items, we use a national courier who will deliver between 8:30am - 5:30pm on a weekday. Tracking details are provided for all orders.

Our products are all current and in stock on the rare occasion that a product should become out of stock we will contact you within 2 days to let you know and give you the option of choosing an alternative or a full refund.




Can you return your goods?

All our products conform to the UK legislation which means that if your goods are damaged, not sold as described or of satisfactory quality then you can have a full refund upon us receiving the item back. These are your standard rights supported by UK law. 




If your goods are fine, but you still wish to return

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund as long as the items have not been opened. Due to the fact that the product has no fault, you will not be reimbursed for the return postage. Your purchase costs will be refunded immediately on receipt of the goods back into our store in the condition in which they were sent out.




If your goods are damaged

All orders are carefully checked before leaving our store. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will then be happy to receive the product back or arrange a replacement. Under these circumstances, we naturally will also reimburse you for the return postage costs. However, we will only pay for the cheapest form of return, which would be Royal Mail 2nd Class.
